1. Basic features

❓ How do I start a new challenge?

When using the app for the first time, complete the introduction to go to the Check-in screen and start your challenge. The default challenge lasts 50 days and includes seven habits. You can customize it in Settings.

❓ How do I check in?

  • Record your daily progress on the seven habits on the Check-in screen.
  • You can edit the current day's entries.

❓ What if I miss a day?

You can now change the date to fill in missed entries! Select the relevant date on the Check-in screen and add your records. Try to check in regularly to help build lasting habits.

2. Additional features

❓ Are check-in reminders available?

Yes! You can enable daily check-in reminders in Settings and choose a time. A notification will remind you to check in at that time each day.

❓ What are notes for?

Press and hold a habit on the Check-in screen to add a note for that day. Notes help you record your feelings, reflections, and progress.

❓ What is the “Daily Quote” feature?

When you open the app each day, you will see a selected quote to encourage you or remind you to keep up your habits. You can choose whether to show it in Settings.

❓ How do I share my check-in results?

Tap the share button on the Review screen to create an image of your habit progress for that day. You can share it with friends through social media, text messages, and other services. Checking in together can help keep you motivated!

❓ Can I customize the appearance?

Yes! In Settings, you can choose light mode, dark mode, or follow your device's system appearance.

3. Data storage and backup

❓ Could I lose my data?

  • Local storage: Your data is stored only on your device. It is not automatically uploaded, accessed by the developer, or shared by the developer.
  • You can choose to save your check-in results as images or share them on social media.
  • You can back up your data by exporting an encrypted file, then import that file into the app to restore it later.
  • Uninstalling the app deletes local data. After reinstalling, you can import a previously exported backup; data without a backup cannot be recovered.

❓ Can I delete all my data?

Yes. You can delete all challenge records by uninstalling the app, or selectively delete completed challenges on the Challenge History screen.

❓ How do I export or import my data?

In Challenge History, you can export challenge records as an encrypted file or import them from a local file. This supports backups and transfers between devices.

❓ What if I cannot access resources from mainland China?

We provide mirror URLs to support access from mainland China. If you still cannot access a resource, try switching networks or contact the developer for help.

4. AI models

❓ What is the AI summary feature, and how do I use it?

On the Check-in screen, tap Generate Today's AI Summary to automatically generate a summary for that day. You can also view past summaries on the Challenge Statistics screen.

❓ Is my AI summary data uploaded to the cloud?

No. Summaries are generated using AI models that run locally on your device. All processing takes place on your device, and no data is uploaded, protecting your privacy.

❓ What should I do if I cannot generate an AI summary?

Devices that support Apple Intelligence and have it enabled use the system's Foundation Models by default. On unsupported devices, the app attempts to use a local Qwen3 model, which requires an internet download on first use. After that, it does not need to be downloaded again.

If you cannot generate a summary, check that your device supports the relevant model. If you are using Qwen3, make sure the model has been downloaded and loaded successfully. If neither option is available, you can still use the app's other features. For help, please use the contact details below.
